One of the most important features of the Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance program is that our technicians are always here when you need us. From bringing you a few gallons of fuel to help you make it to the next gas station to a jump start to get you going again, we are here 24/7. We can even send someone out to change a flat tire no matter where you are or when it happens.

As long as your vehicle is eligible, one of our technicians will be dispatched to your location at no cost to you whatsoever. All you have to do is call the toll-free Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance phone number to get the ball rolling. For those of you whose car is equipped with the Mercedes-Benz mbrace® system, you simply press the "Wrench" button to summon the help you need.

What if I Need a Tow?

What if you have an accident or suffer from a mechanical breakdown? We have you covered as well. The Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance program can arrange to have a tow truck dispatched to your location to tow your Mercedes-Benz to the nearest dealer, no matter where you are if your vehicle is eligible.

Should you be involved in an accident, all Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Centers will repair your vehicle using only genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. Bear in mind that you may experience additional charges in certain situations.

Also worth noting is that in certain AMG vehicles that do not come with a spare, the technician will use the TIREFIT® puncture sealant that comes with your vehicle instead of a spare tire to inflate your tire and get you on the way. If your spare tire is non-functional, additional charges may apply to cover costs.

What If My Trip Is Interrupted?

In the event the breakdown interrupts your trip while your vehicle is still under warranty, the Trip Interruption portion of the MB Roadside Assistance may help to offset some of your unexpected costs. However these conditions must be met:

• You are over 100 miles from home.
• The breakdown is covered by your warranty.
• The breakdown must render your vehicle unsafe or unable to be driven.
• Your vehicle must remain at the nearest MB dealer overnight and be repaired there.

When all of the necessary conditions are met the Mercedes-Benz dealer is able to reimburse you for up to $300 per night as long as you have the necessary documentation to back up your claims.

Does My Mercedes-Benz Vehicle Qualify?

There are two ways in which you and your vehicle will qualify for the free Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance program. Your vehicle must meet one of these two conditions:

• It must be under one of the following Mercedes-Benz warranties: New Vehicle Limited, Extended Limited, Certified Pre-Owned.
• Have been purchased from an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership prior to January 4th, 2011 and you must be the original owner.
